Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Equipment Technician to join our service team. This position is perfect for someone with mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in working with Kubota equipment. The technician will assist with repairs, maintenance, and service tasks while gaining hands-on experience and training on Kubota machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks on Kubota equipment.
- Perform routine service tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
- Set up, assemble, and prep new equipment for customer delivery.
- Learn to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to develop technical skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
- Basic hand-tool knowledge; familiarity with heavy equipment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with customers.
- Valid driver’s license.
