Outside Sales Representative – Kubota Equipment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in equipment sales and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and representing our dealership professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their equipment needs and recommending appropriate Kubota products.
  • Conduct in-person sales calls and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with the dealership team to ensure smooth delivery and support of equipment sold.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups.
  • Stay up-to-date on Kubota products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend trade shows, community events, and other networking opportunities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, agricultural, or construction equipment sales.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
