Job Summary:

Looking for a solid, organized parts professional — not just an order taker. Unkefer Sales is hiring a Parts Counter Specialist to support our service team and customers. This is a key role in the dealership — keeping technicians moving, customers taken care of, and parts flowing efficiently. If you’ve worked in parts before and understand how important accuracy and speed are, we want to talk.

Pay

$20–$25 per hour
Based on experience

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers and technicians with parts lookup and ordering
  • Identify correct parts using diagrams and manufacturer systems
  • Manage parts inventory, receiving, and stocking
  • Process orders, returns, and special orders
  • Keep the parts area clean, organized, and efficient
  • Work closely with the service team to keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous parts experience (automotive, equipment, or similar) required
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to look up parts using diagrams and computer systems
  • Good communication skills with customers and team
  • Dependable and able to stay on task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Equipment or agricultural parts experience
  • Experience with Kubota parts systems
  • Dealership experience
